Return Policy

1. The product(s) intended for returns must be shipped back to Nottie Planet within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.
2. The product(s) must be appropriately packaged for return, so that it does not get tampered during transit.
3. The returned products must be in good condition, appropriate for sale, and must not have been used by the customer.

1. Once the returns shipment has been sent to us from your end, please send a confirmation mail with all details and tracking number to online@nottieplanetstore.com.
2. As soon as the returns shipment is received by us, our team will acknowledge the receipt of the same and shall connect with you for further return payment processing.
3. Nottie Planet reserves the right to decide whether the received returned products are in good saleable condition or not.
4. Returns shall be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned goods, subject to verification of their condition at the time of receipt.
5. Refund of the payment will be processed after deducting any shipping charges applicable on the original order.
