Shipping Policy
- The Nottie Planet ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
- All Prepaid Orders will be shipped for free.
- All COD Orders with MRP value above Rs 1000 will be shipped for free.
- For COD Orders with MRP value below Rs.1000 a fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50/- will be applicable.
- The shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of returns or cancellation of the product/ order.
- The shipping charges can be modified by Nottie Planet at any point without prior intimation.
- For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3-4 business days from shipping (excluding Sundays and National Holidays).
- Nottie Planet intends to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering its products as per the estimated delivery date communicated as above. However, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable circumstances beyond our control, for which Nottie Planet is not liable. We request our users’ cooperation in such cases.
- Nottie Planet reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion, in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is misplaced, and return the amount for such products to the user.
- Delivery address mentioned at the time of placing the order cannot be changed 24 hours after the order has been placed.
- Our prices are all inclusive of taxes.
- Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India.
